![]() ![]() looks really neat for personal use (especially the free version) - but not sure how good that would be in business - it looks like each "plus" account (email address?) is charged at the 10euro/month cost - which in comparison to the likes of liquidfiles looks pretty expensive when you compare features. Thanks for all the suggestions - i've given 2 of them a try so far. that's what we have, the only suggestion we've been provided is a program called CryptShare which looks pretty good.ĭoes anyone have any additional suggestions? what is everyone else using for this kind of file sharing? If email supported 200Mb - 2GB, that would be solve all of our problems! The problem with FTP is the work involved in configuring each user, and then the work that the end user has to go through to retrieve the files - sometimes when we send files via normal FTP, users don't know how they access it, and if they don't already have clients they need to go and get one - and if they aren't admins, they have to find someone to install it etc etc etc.įile Sharing app is easier, but still requires configuration for each user, also requires java, and if the user doesn't accept the security warnings that causes problems and the users generally get stuck - works.Įmail is the perfect solution when it works - which is generally up to ~20mb. ![]() ![]() Options we are using / have used previously: We are currently looking for options to share files externally. ![]()
